Acapulco, Mexico - A Beautiful Place

There are places I would love to visit and I have always wanted to visit the beautiful town of Kedai near Acapulco. This small gem of a city is located on the Pacific Ocean. It is only about 3 hours from Mexico City and Acapulco. I used to think that traveling this far away from my home country was not possible, but that has changed. Recently, a wonderful little bakery near Mexico called Torrevieja has opened and it is now offering guests wonderful views of the beaches and the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

I have visited Kedai before, but not in the winter when the rains come. So, I knew that I would have to get there early in the morning. I looked online to see if there were any water near me that could accommodate my overnight accommodations. I found two batteries, both with excellent accommodations. I could easily get a room at either one and spend the night.

The first bateri to offer its services was Torrevieja, located right next to Acapulco. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, a lovely bed and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The price for a nights stay was reasonable and I got to return to Mexico feeling rested and full of energy. I enjoyed all of the sights and sounds and made some fantastic new kedai bateri near me.

Acapulco was very busy that day and I did not go to the beach, but the second bateri offered its accommodations right next to the Torrevieja bateri. I chose this one because it was a little less expensive. I had a delicious meal and returned to the beautiful marina with my friend. She seemed quite happy to see me and I was able to spend the whole day there enjoying the beautiful views, shopping and relaxing.

On the morning of the second day, the weather was nice and I decided to visit Chinchero. This beautiful beach had been chosen as one of the best beaches to go to by a previous guest of mine. My niece and nephews enjoyed playing on the beach and we all met at the beach bar for lunch. The kids were very excited about the beach activities and I was happy to have a quiet lunch here. I took lots of photos, met some interesting people and enjoyed myself immensely.

On the last day, I went back to Acapulco to enjoy a walk along the beautiful strip of beaches. Acapulco is also famous for its casinos and nightclubs and I went in with my husband. He had taken some business executives out to eat at a fabulous restaurant and he and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner. We were quite impressed by the service and the quality of food and wine served.

We got back to our hotel after an amazing day of fun and relaxation. We had a wonderful conversation over dinner and talked at length about our experiences. We discussed the political situation in Mexico and how the current government has handled the situation. Our conversation turned to immigration and I explained how we are seeing many illegal immigrants being drowned at sea trying to reach America. My husband then explained how dangerous these illegal immigrants are and how they could end up drowning at sea.

I want to tell you that this visit has made me rethink my views on immigration. I now believe that all illegal immigrants need to be stopped dead in their tracks and sent back home. We don't even have to discuss the financial impact this would have on Mexico. I hope I haven't created any more controversy or talked too much about the topic. I have no plans to return to Acapulco again. I will definitely consider a visit to a Bateri near Mexico City one day though.
