Musk SpaceX - Is This Company For You?

Entrepreneur, inventor and space entrepreneur Elon Musk is synonymous with innovation in the corporate world. A pioneer in both the private and public sectors, Musk is perhaps best known for his work at PayPal and now with SpaceX. Musk's entrepreneurial spirit has brought him to many ventures including solar panel production, companies with start-up capital and one of the most well-known businesses of them all: Hyperloop. His notable past accomplishments include assisting NASA with their plans for a colony on Mars, helping to design the Hyperloop, creating PayPal with Zip2 and developing an idea for a space elevator. As with many innovative entrepreneurs, Musk wants to create something that will change the world. In fact, he recently announced a plan for a fast transportation system which will send people from orbit to a base on Mars in a decade.

SpaceX is a company owned by Musk. Its primary goal is to design, build and launch commercial satellites. The company also designs and manufactures other high-tech materials used in launches. Its other projects are geared towards developing the ultimate space vehicle and assisting students to study space. SpaceX also collaborates with NASA, allowing for launches using their own reusable launch InventHelp review.

Musk's company has had some trouble in getting the funding it needs from the government. It was one of the only companies to receive a total amount of zero-percent financing from the U.S. government in its last five years of operation. The problems have largely been due to costs, schedule and technology limitations.

The primary problem is associated with the cost of launching a rocket into space. Building and launching a rocket can be extremely expensive. The company has experimented with reusable launch systems and plans to develop its own launch vehicle, but it is still at an early stage. Funding is also a problem because the United States has limited space available on which to launch from.

Design is another area where Musk has made mistakes. He began designing the HyperX Concept vehicle without much planning. Eventually it was discovered that his design had too many problems and challenges and it was too complicated and too heavy. This turned out to be a costly mistake as well How can new inventors benefit from turning to InventHelp.

Other areas where Musk has failed to include the design of a reliable and safe launch vehicle. His design was way ahead of the industry, but because his ideas were not properly tested and verified, the HyperX Program ultimately failed. Although the company still exists, it is no longer in production. There are still several lawsuits pending against him and the company. As his reputation and that of the company has taken a major hit, he is unlikely to regain the confidence of investors and consumers.

Musk is yet to prove that his ideas can be successfully executed. There is no space flight currently taking place with the use of his innovative designs. He is currently working with NASA on developing a new type of capsule to take astronauts to the moon. The new design is far more advanced than any other capsule, but he needs more time to complete it. Until then, he is content to continue developing his capsules and learning from his failures. As long as he has a steady flow of work and revenue, he will continue to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams.

However, if the industry takes another turn for the worst in the near future, then shareholders might not have quite as much to lose as they think. It is possible that he will need to turn his attention towards something else, but right now he seems to be focused on trying to make sure that his companies' profitability does not suffer due to a lack of venture capital funding. That should not deter him, though, if he truly has great ideas that can change the world. He may have started his ventures with the intention of selling them, but that should not stop him. If a brilliant idea just isn't commercially viable today, it probably won't ever Invent Help.
